•My research involves conducting in-situ field work in Sierra Leone investigating potential cultural changes that may have resulted from the 2014 Ebola epidemic and how these changes affected natural resource use, wildlife trade, and the attitudes towards local wildlife.

•Studied chimpanzee ecology as well as conducted independent research on instances of river crossings in chimpanzees and the risks and benefits of the behavior which included conducting ethnographic interviews, marking GPS points of known river crossing points and habitat and threat analysis in the surrounding area.
